Standard Booking & Fees
All rates are based on the confirmed hours at the time of booking. Overtime will begin at the rate of time and a half until twelve (12) hours and double time after twelve (12) hours. *15-minute increments will be rounded up to a 1/2 hour.
All rates are subject to twenty percent (20%) agency fee, expenses, and applicable taxes.
Full day – 8 hours, unless otherwise negotiated. This includes meals/breaks.
Half-Day – 4 hours, unless otherwise negotiated. This includes meals/breaks. Overtime will be charged at time and a half for additional time based on each 1/2 hour increment.
*15-minute increments will be rounded up to a 1/2 hour. A 50% deposit is due no later than one business day before the booking. Any travel/mileage will be billed for bookings that require the talent to self-report more than 30 miles from their starting location. 

Hourly Booking
Minimum 2-hour pay rate on all bookings.
The booking duration must be stated at the time of the booking confirmation.
Meals/breaks will be included in the booking time unless offered at the end of the booking as a courtesy.
If the talent is released early, the initial rate will still apply.

Cancellations
Cancellations within five (5) days prior to the booking will be charged 50% of the booking fee. Cancellations within three (3) days prior to the booking will be charged 100% of the booking fee. Cancellations of confirmed trips must be made one (1) week prior to the booking. Otherwise, 100% of the booking fee will be charged up to three (3) days before the booking. Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
The client must specify if there will be swimsuits/lingerie prior to the booking confirmation.
A closed set must be provided.

Photo Releases/Contracts
The booking agent must review all releases prior to the booking date.
The agent must approve releases prior to the talent signing.
The agent may sign on behalf of the talent.

Usage
Fees and usage are subject to negotiation.
The stipulations of the usage must be communicated and negotiated prior to the end of usage terms.

Weather Permit
The client must specify the weather reschedule date at the time of the booking confirmation when inclement weather is forecasted.
The client must notify the agency of any weather-caused cancellations no later than the day before the booking.

Payment Practices
Rates are to be negotiated and established prior to the booking confirmation.
The client will receive the booking confirmation to be signed by both parties and billed after the job is completed.
Payment terms are net 30 days from invoicing.
Outstanding invoices will be sent to collections after 90 days.
